SHIMRINŽ BLACK PEARLS (PBC-100 Series) Designer Pearls are Universal Base Coats that come in a large array of colors and may simply be cleared over for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys, or Pearls. They can be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels.
